Although we do not have the lots assessed as yet, based on our estimates the lake front lots will have annual taxes of $800 per year, and the back lots will be in the range of $200 per year. These will naturally increase once the property has been developed with a cottage or house.
No, there is no building time restriction. Once you've bought the property, you can decide when you would like to build. Mobile homes are not allowed. R.V.'s or trailers are allowed only during the construction period.
All lake front lots require a septic holding tank. Back lots qualify for a septic field, subject to the Government of Manitoba regulations. Water can be by drilled well, which can often be shared by 2 or more residences. Hydro and telephone service is provided on the street, on lakefront lots only - culvert with driveway access is included in the purchase as well.
Water can be from a drilled well, shallow well, or drawn from the lake.
Yes, with a $2,000.00 deposit we will hold the lot for you at the initially offered price until you can inspect it, if you want to trade the lot for a different one you can do so.
