Love to fish? Beckville Beach and the surrounding area are known as a Master Angler's paradise where Perch, Pickeral, and Northern Pike are in abundance. A public boat launch at the North end of the development is available for those water enthusiasts who want to get out onto the lake.
Golfing? There are two nine hole golf courses located a short drive away at either McCreary or Gladstone.
Hiking Trails are close by at Bluff Creek Nature trails. These hiking trails are both unique and enjoyable trails for all levels of hiking enthusiasts. Portia Marsh, a Ducks Unlimited interpretive center featuring boardwalks, a lookout platform and a picnic area is just a short drive away.
What about Snowmobiling? During the Winter months the area around Beckville Beach becomes a snowmobilers haven - an abundance of groomed trails run through the area.
The Alex Robertson Museum in Alonsa contains a large collection of antique firearms and pioneer artifacts for those interested in history.
